Muni Bhairab Complex

This six storey commercial complex building located at a major traffic intersection of road and air traffic has been designed to celebrate motion. Unlike other corporate structures, this building doesn’t soar through height, but rises with a certain degree of vibrancy. This structure is a three dimensional composition of intersecting curvilinear planes that attempt to arrest motion via architecture. The use of curtain wall in dynamic waves punctures the solidity of the structure, balancing its rigidity with lightness and transparency. This complex offers prime rental space for different genre of commercial activities, with ample light and ventilation, basement parking facility and vertical connection through machine-room-less Mono Space elevator.
